TUNASTAT : latest nominal catch of tunas and tuna-like-species, by species, country, fishing gears and major regions (from 1950 to 1996),

CATDIS : catches given by 5 degrees squared and quarterly for the 9 main tuna species, grouped by country and by 4 gear classifications (longline, purse seine, baitboat and others).

The European Commission’s
Directorate-General for Fisheries (DGF) is the responsible for the
Common Fisheries Policy (CFP). This policy covers all fishing
activities and the farming of living aquatic resources as well as
the processing and marketing activities of these products, on the
legal basis of Article 39 of the Treaty of Rome.
As well as a general presentation
and an organization chart, we find on this site the following
