Most of the countries have computerised fleet databases. Consequently, the project has developed a software which allows the importation of national data from an ASCII file with fields delimiter to a standardised regional database. This software, distributed to the national focal points of the project, controls the data quality (mandatory fields, standard codification, duplicated keys).

Up until now, 5 countries have communicated the data. Following the decision of COPEMED the Steering Committee, the data received have been sent to the GFCM Secretariat.
